AIBE XI – Online Registration Schedule: In view of the All India Bar Examination XI 2017 and the Notification (in the offing) in respect of 11th All India Bar Examination likely to be conducted in November / December 2017, we would like to briefly state in the subsequent Paragraphs.

AIBE 11 Notification 2017 Application Form

The All India Bar Examination Notification No: AIBE/WS/088) (27th of July 2017) is likely to be released very soon.

AIBE – XI Admit Card 2017

The Bar Council of India (BCI) shall release the e-Admit Cards / Hall Tickets for the Candidates likely to appear at the upcoming All India Bar Examination – XI. The e-Admission Certificates shall remain available for downloading Minimum 12 Days before The All India Bar Examination – XI to be held as per Schedule (in case the All India Bar Examination was not deferred / postponed).  The AIBE – XI e-Admission Certificates shall be uploaded on the Official Website.

All India Bar Examination – XI Syllabus Contents: 2017

The Bar Council of India shall conduct the Optical Mark Recognition Based All India Bar Examination – XI comprising 100 Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions in the All India Bar Examination – Eleventh, 2017.

The Objective of the All India Bar Examination (AIBE) is to examine the Advocate’s Capability in Practicing the Profession of Law in India.

The All India Bar Examination shall assess the Candidates’ individual Skills at a Basic Level, and is intended to set a Minimum Benchmark for Admission into the Practice of Law; it addresses the Candidate’s Analytical Abilities and Understanding the Basic Knowledge of Kaw.

After passing the All India Bar Examination, the Candidate will be awarded “Certificate of Practice” by the Bar Council of India (BCI).

The AIBE will be conducted in 40 Cities all across India. The Candidates shall have 11 Languages to choose one of those for attempting the AIBE. The Examination Pattern will be Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions and it shall be an Open Book Examination.

In case Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe Certificate is not uploaded during the Registration Process no relaxation in Fee will be provided. The Fee for Scheduled Caste / Scheduled Tribe is Rs. 2,560/- and Fee for General / Other Backward Classes is Rs. 3,560/-.
