APSC BDO Screening Test 2017 Result: Taking cognizance of Assam Public Service Commission (APSC) Notified Block Development Officer Screening Examination 2017 for 250 Marks held on the 8th of October 2017 for Recruitment to 11 Posts of Block Development Officer (BDO) in the Panchayat & Rural Development Department (PRDD), we now look forward to Assam Public Service Commission to announce before mid-November 2017 the Result for the said BDO Screening Test 2017.

Assam Public Service Commission will declare the Result for Assam BDO Screening Test post-release of the Final Answers Key Set wise in Portable Document Format (PDF) File.  Assam Public Service Commission will announce the Result for the Block Development Officers Screening Test based on the Candidates’ Individual Performance and Marks obtained in each Section and in Aggregate out of Total 250 Marks. 

APSC, post-Announcement of the Result for the B.D.O. Screening Test, will put up for display on the Official Website exhibited in the concluding Section for the ready reference of the Candidates. The Candidates would be able to view APSC declared Result for the BDO Screening Test 2017 for further Stage of the Selection ‘Viva-voce.

APSC B.D.O. Examination – Expected Cut-Off Marks: 2017

Assam Public Service Commission shall, at their discretion, determine the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Candidates in each Section and in Aggregate of the Block Development Officers Screening Test carrying Maximum 250 Marks.  The Candidates declared ‘Shortlisted’ on the basis of the Minimum Qualifying Marks secured by the Examinees in both Section-wise and Sufficient Marks in Aggregate out of 250 Marks would be called for Viva-voce / Oral Test for 38 Marks or Higher likely to be decided by Assam Public Service Commission.  Assam Public Service Commission will fix the Minimum Qualifying Marks in conjunction with Declaration of the Result for the Oral Test / Viva-voce to likely to be conducted in November / December 2017, an exact for which will be declared by the Commission. Assam Public Service Commission, subsequent to Announcement of the Result declared on the basis of the Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks, will be displayed through the Examination Roll Numbers in the Official Website.

Selection Criteria:

The Candidate shall be selected through an Optical Markup Reader Based Screening Test / Written Test (250 Marks) and Oral Interview / Viva-voce (38 Marks). The Shortlisted Candidates on the basis of their individual Performance and Marks secured therein will be called for an Oral Interview for 38 Marks.

The Final Selection will be made on the basis of the Aggregate Marks secured by the Candidates in both Optical Markup Reader Based Screening Test / Written Test and Oral Interview.
