The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) Candidate to be considered for admission into the opted Course must meet with the following Minimum Eligibility Requirements and should complete the Prescribed Age Limit. However, the Reserved Candidates are advised to carefully read the BHU Admission Prospectus regarding the Relaxation in Upper Age Limit (RUAL).
Candidates must have passed the Undergraduate course in relevant field from any recognized University or Institute is eligible for the PET 2017.
The Banaras Hindu University (BHU) shall conduct Under Graduate Entrance Tests (PET), 2017 for admission into various Post Graduate Courses (PGCs) for the Academic Session 2017 – 2018. Admissions of the students shall be strictly according to Merit in the PET, subject to fulfilling of Eligibility Requirements.

Candidates can download the ADMIT CARD from the BHU Entrance Test Portal (www.bhuonline.in) around one week prior to date of conduct of test providing the unique registration ID allotted to them at the time of online submission of application form through the official website.
OLD QUESTION PAPERS
The candidates who will applied for the PET 2017 after that they all can get the Old question Papers subject wise/ year wise separately for the hard preparation of PET 2017 through the official website as stated hereunder.
The department will provide you Provisional Answer key as well as final Answer key Set Wise like Set-A, Set-B, Set-C and Set-D along with Question Papers at the quickest possible through the website of the university. They will upload the provisional answer key within 04 or 05 Days of the UET ) In case of any complaint about the questions/answers the candidate(s) will be given 05 days time after the display of provisional key on the website to put up his/her complaint before the Office of the Controller of Examinations. The evaluation will be done with key so finalized and no request for review will be entertained thereafter. But the decision of University regarding the provisional Key shall be final.
RESULTS AND MERIT LIST
The department will declare the results statement of PET 2017 along with merit list of successful candidates very shortly through the BHU Online website. Those candidates will be shortlisted in the merit list then they will be face counseling rounds for the Admission.
