The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited (DFCCIL) shall release in the First Week of April 2016 the e-Admission Certificates / Hall Tickets for the candidates appearing in the Computer Based Online Test scheduled to be conducted on the 17th of April 2016.We would continue to display all Updates post conclusion of the Computer Based Test in Optical Mark Recognition Based Answer Sheet including the Community-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks and the Results and Fully solved Optical Mark Recognition Based Answer Sheet / Answers Key in A, B, C & D Series of the Computer Based Test 2016.

The Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited released Dates for Personal Interview, Viva-voce and Physical Endurance Test (PET) wherever applicable.  Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited shall issue Call Letters to the candidates (shortlisted on the bases of their respective performance and the Community-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks awarded to them) for Oral Test / Personal Interview and Physical Efficiency Test (PET).

Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited would draw up Post specific Merit Lists for the candidates.  The Candidates placed on Merit List based on their Aggregate Marks in the Computer Based Online Test (only), Computer Based Test & Personality Test as well as Computer Based Online Test and Physical Efficiency Test, wherever applicable.  The Candidates having Sufficient High Marks shall be put to undergo Pre-Recruitment Medical Examination before being issued the Letters of Appointment to officially take charge / join the Organization.

Selection Criteria:

Appointment of the successful candidates shall be subject to verification of various Original Documents relating to Age, Educational Qualifications, Caste, Experience Certificate & Medical Fitness Certificate issued by the Competent Medical Authorities (CMAs) as prescribed under the rules of Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited.

In case of TIE of Marks obtained by more than one Candidate, Resolution will be done in following order:

  1. The candidate Senior with Earlier / Older Date of Birth, shall be placed HIGHER,e., the candidate in Age Seniority would be placed HIGHER
  2. In case of TIE as mentioned at (a) above, the Candidate with Higher Percentage Pass Marks in the Qualifying Examination, as per the Eligibility Criteria, will be placed

Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited has stipulated the Post-specific Selection as explained here below:

For Assistant Manager Level Posts:

  1. Two-Stage Selection Process; i.e., Computer Based Test followed by Personality Test / Personal Interview.
  2. The Candidates up to maximum 2½ times the number of vacancies will be called for Interview based on their respective performance in the Computer Based Test.
  3. The Weight age for Computer Based Test and Personal Interview shall be 85:15.
  4. Verification of the Documents in Original would be done at the time of Personal Interview / Viva-voce.

For Executive Level Posts:

  1. The Selection to the Posts shall be made as per merit on the basis of the candidates’ performance in the Computer Based Test. The Shortlisted candidates will be called for Verification of the Original Documents / Certificates / Testimonials according to the Merit, availability of the vacancies and the Reservation Rules.
  2. Executive (Operating) Computer Based Test followed by the Document Verification and Psychological Test.

For Junior Executive (Skilled Staff/Technicians) Level Posts:

  1. The Selection to the Posts shall be as per the Merit determined on the basis of the candidates’ performance in the Computer Based Test. The Shortlisted Candidates would be called for Verification of the Original Documents according to the Merit prepared and availability of the vacancies and in compliance with the Reservation Rules.

For Multi-tasking Staff (MTS) Level Posts:

  1. The Selection to the Posts would be strictly in order of Merit based on the candidates’ performance in the Computer Based Test. Dedicated Freight Corridor Corporation of India Limited shall call the Shortlisted Candidates for Verification of the Original Documents according to the Merit of the Computer Based Test and Qualifying Physical Efficiency Test, availability of the vacancies and as per the Reservation Rules.
  2. Only those candidates who qualify in the Computer Based Test would be called for the Physical Efficiency Test (PET).
  3. Physical Efficiency Test (PET): Passing the PET is mandatory and the same shall be Qualifying in Nature.
