DSSSB Tier I & Tier II Competitive Written Examination Result: Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board (DSSSB) shall declare the Result likely to follow in November / December 2017 for the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination comprising the Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions for Recruitment to various Tier-I & Tier II Posts (viz., Tier I: Assistant Foreman (Asstt Foreman), Manager (Mechanical) (Mgr – Mech.), Manager (Information Technology) (MIT),  Deputy Manager (Personnel) (DMP), Deputy Manager (Traffic) (DMT); Tier II: Manager (Civil) (Mgr Cvl), Deputy Vigilance Officer (DVO), Deputy Security Officer (DSO) in Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC).

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board will announce the Result for Tier I Examination for Maximum 200 Marks and Tier – II Examination for Maximum 250 Marks based on the Candidates’ individual Performance and Marks secured in each Section and in Total out of Tier I / Tier II (200 / 250) Marks. 

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board, post-Declaration of the Result for the Competitive Written Examination held in Two Shifts (Morning and Afternoon Sessions), would upload on the Official Website for the ready reference of the Candidates. We would, hereby, to advise the Examinees to log in to Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board Website for UPDATE on the DSSSB Announcement of the Result.

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board shall declare the Expected Cut-Off Marks Category-wise to Shortlist the Candidate for Tier II in conjunction with Announcement of the Result of the Competitive Written Examination.  Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board will announce the Result based on the Community-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks stipulated for the Candidates.  Only Candidates having secured Minimum Qualifying Marks in each Test as well as in Aggregate of Tier – I & Tier II (for 200 / 250 Marks) shall be deemed Eligible to appear for Tier II and Tier III Examination.

The Category-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks shall be fixed after taking into account Negative Marking / Deduction of 0.25 Marks for each Wrong Response / Answer to the Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type.

The Board reserves its Right to prescribe Community-wise Minimum Qualifying Marks / Minimum Cut Off Marks for any Post as per availability of the Candidates as well as the number of the Vacancies notified by the Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board in the Recruitment Notification.

Selection shall be made through One Tier, Two Tier and Three Tier Examination Scheme comprising the Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type carrying Maximum 200 / 250 / 275 / 25 Marks and Physical Endurance Test, Skill Test, wherever applicable.

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board shall SHORTLIST the Candidates and Final Selection shall be made on the basis of the Academic Records, Professional (Working) Experience & Personal Interview of the SHORTLISTED CANDIDATES.

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board shall draw up a Reserve Panel / Waiting List up to the extent of 10% of the Posts notified, in addition to the number of the Candidates selected as per the vacancies notified. The Reserve Panel / Waiting List shall be valid for a period of One Year from the Date of Declaration of the Result and the Vacancies arising due to non-acceptance of the Offer of Appointment, not joining the Post after acceptance of Appointment, the Candidates not found Eligible for Appointment or due to Resignation of the Selected Candidates, within One Year of joining the Post, shall be filled up from this Reserve Panel / Waiting List.

Skill Test / Physical Endurance Test will be given as per Requirement of Post.

In Tier Two Examinations, Tier I Examination to be used for Shortlisting only. Selection will be made on the basis of marks obtained in Tier II Examination by the Candidates.

In Tier Three Examinations, Tier I Exam to be used for Shortlisting only. Selection will be made on the basis of the Marks obtained in Tier II Examination and Interview.

In Tier Three Examination Scheme, if the Vacancies are 4 and above, then the Candidates numbering three times of Vacancies shall be called for Interview. If the Vacancies are 1, 2 and 3, Candidates numbering 5, 8 and 10 respectively will be called for Interview for those Vacancies.

Delhi Subordinate Services Selection Board, at their discretion, may make Selection to any Post on the basis of Academic Record / Prior Experience and Interview or Optical Mark Recognition Based Screening Test and Academic Record / Experience and Interview, where, in the Opinion of the Board, the number of Candidates applied for Post is so less that it is not desirable to conduct an Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Examination for that Post.
