The University of Delhi Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (UD NCWEB) is to issue Admission Notification in respect of the Admission into M.Sc. (Mathematics) and all other M.A. Streams 2017 offered under the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (NCWEB). The students who are interesting may submit their online application form 2017 till the last date of form submission.

The University of Delhi Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board (UD NCWEB) is to issue in early March 2017 the detailed Information Bulletin / Admission Brochure 2017 for admission into M.Sc. (Mathematics) and all other M.A. Disciplines. The online application form starts very shortly through the official website.

Mode / Method of Admission:

Category-I (Direct Admission) 50% under all Categories:

The Candidates seeking admission under Category – I (Direct Admission) into Post Graduate Courses shall have to get themselves registered and fill the Application Form in-person for submission in Room No. 26 with Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board, 2nd Floor, Tutorial Building, University of Delhi, Delhi-110 007. The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board shall draw up Merit List only among the Applicants registered in NCWEB.

Category-II (Through Entrance Test):

All candidates seeking admission under Category-II (Through Entrance Test) to all Post Graduate Courses under the NCWEB shall be required to have them registered only Online in April  2017 and mark their option in the column provided for the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board.

Eligibility Conditions:

The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board shall enroll the women candidates for the Two Years with Four Semester Post Graduate Courses. M.A. / M.Sc. in Mathematics and M.A. in English, Hindi, History, Philosophy, Political Science, Bengali, Sanskrit, Urdu, Punjabi, Arabic and Persian. The Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board shall make Teaching Arrangement for the students if the Batch would be consisting of, at least, ten students in the Subjects attending the Classes.

M.A. / M.Sc. (Mathematics) and all other above Courses (Part I / II Semester)

Admission Requirements:

The Minimum Eligibility Requirements for the candidates seeking admission into Post Graduate Courses in Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board will remain the same as are applicable in the case of Regular Students.

As per University Rules, Four Years’ span period is permissible in the case of candidates enrolled for the M.A/M.Sc. Examination.

General Conditions:

(i) Women candidates who reside within the Territorial Jurisdiction of Delhi NCT only are eligible for admission into the Post Graduate Courses offered by the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board.

(ii) All admissions are Provisional till confirmed by the University.

(iii) The Candidate should ensure that they fulfill the Eligibility Requirements and all other Conditions as laid down for the course (in the Admission Bulletin) they have applied. For any legal proceedings, the jurisdiction shall be the Delhi Courts.

Admission Procedure: Admission (In Category – I and Category – II) to all Post Graduate Courses leading to Master’s Degree in the Faculties of Arts, Social Sciences and Mathematical Sciences will be made as per Scheme given in the Bulletin of Information of the Non-Collegiate Women’s Education Board.
