The Office of the Registrar General (ORG), Himachal Pradesh High Court, Shimla, may Declare Tentatively before the 10th of December 2017 (10.12.2017) the Result for the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination for Clerks and Junior Office Assistant (Class III) (Contractual Basis) scheduled to be held on the 11th and 12th of November 2017 as mentioned in the subsequent Paragraphs.

The Office of the Registrar General shall Announce the Result for Optical Markup Reader Based Written Test based on the Candidates’ Performance and Marks obtained in that. The Office of the Registrar General shall declare only such Candidates Successful in the Written Examination who would have secured the Minimum Qualifying Marks in the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination for Recruitment to the Posts of Clerk Class III and Junior Office Assistant Class III (Information Technology).     

The Office of the Registrar General, post-Announcement of the Result, will direct Publishing on the Official Website.

HP High Court Clerk / Jr.Office – Minimum Qualifying Marks

The Office of the Registrar General declared Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Candidates in the Clerks & Junior Office Assistant Examination are 45% Marks out of 180 Marks.

The Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained in the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination n shall be 45% Marks out of the Aggregate (180) Marks. The Candidates Qualifying the OMR Based Written Examination and the Computer Proficiency Test / Typewriting Test shall be called for Interview provided they fall in the ratio of 1:3, i.e., Three Candidates against one Post Advertised.

It is based on the Minimum Qualifying Marks to be obtained by the Examinees in the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination, that such Candidates would be Shortlisted for the subsequent Computer Proficiency Test and then Personal Interview.

The Office of the Registrar General has scheduled the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination as follows:

Category-wise Candidates (in the order of the Roll Number) Shortlisted in the Screening Test for the Post(s) of Clerks – Subordinate Courts held on 14.10.2017 & Eligible to appear in the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Test scheduled to be held on 11.11.2017 (Second Saturday) at 01.00 P.M. in Himachal Pradesh High Court, Shimla, Himachal Pradesh.

Category-wise Short-Listed Candidates (in the order of the Roll Number) in the Screening Test for the Post(s) of Junior Office Assistant (Information Technology) Subordinate Courts held on 15.10.2017 and called to appear in the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Test & Computer Proficiency Tests scheduled to be held on 12.11.2017 (Sunday) at 11.00 A.M. in Himachal Pradesh High Court, Shimla. 

Post Process for Selection Selection Criteria

Clerk Class III (Contractual Basis) (23 Vacancies)

Selection consists of Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination consisting of 02 Parts (Part A for 100 Marks and Part B for 80 Marks) totaling 180 Marks.

 

Final Merit List shall be drawn up on the basis of Sufficient High Marks obtained in the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Test as well as Personal Interview for 10 Marks

Weight age of Marks Academic Qualification:
Industrial Training Institute Diploma in Computers: 01 Mark
Bachelor’s Degree / PGDC : 02 Marks
Post Graduate / Master’s Degree and Above: 03 Marks in case of Junior Office Assistant (IT) and LL.B. / Master’s Degree in case of the Post of Clerk.
 
Weight age of Marks Professional Experience
 

½ Mark for each Year and Maximum 03 Marks for 06 Years of Prior Working Experience.
