Ministry of Defence LDC Admit Card 2017 MOD Civilian Motor Driver Exam Date:

We look forward to Office of the Directorate General Quality Assurance (DGQA), Ministry of Defence, to release the e-Admit Cards Minimum 07 Days before a Common Written Examination likely to be conducted in September / October 2017.  We would display on our Website the Directorate General Quality Assurance announced Date for the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Test for those likely to appear in the OMR Based Written Examination and subsequent to Announcement of the Result of the OMR Based Written Test, Practical Test (PT).

The Directorate General Quality Assurance shall upload on the Official Website the e-Hall Examination Tickets for the Candidates. The Directorate General Quality Assurance shall declare the exact Date for conducting an Optical Markup Reader Based Screening Test, thus mentioning the Information / Details in the e-Admission Certificates issued to the Candidates.

MOD DGQA LDC / CMD Written Examination 2017:

The Directorate General Quality Assurance shall host Optical Markup Reader Based Written Test comprising the Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type for the preparation of the Provisional / Final Merit List. Only those Candidates, who would secure Sufficient High Marks in the Optical Markup Reader Based Written Examination likely to be conducted in September / October 2017.

Process for Selection:

Selection to the Post of Lower Division Clerk (01 Vacancy) and Civilian Motor Driver (CMD) (03 + 01 Vacancies) shall be as follows:

  • Screening / Scrutiny of the Documents and fixing/determining Minimum Qualifying Marks Category-wise;
  • Issuance of the e-Call Letters
  • Optical Markup Reader Based Screening Test / Written Examination
  • Practical Test
  • Verification of Character and Antecedents
  • Medical Examination of the Candidates observed Bona fide
  • Only Candidates declared as Medically Fit and displayed on the Merit List will be recommended for Appointment.

Procedure for Selection:

Directorate General Quality Assurance will conduct Optical Markup Reader Based Screening Test comprising Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions aimed at Shortlisting the Candidates for the subsequent Practical Test for preparing the Final Select List in order of Merit.
