The Office of the District and Session Judge, Nalgaonda District Court is likely to announce towards December-end 2015, the Result of the Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Test for the Post of Stenographer. The Result Declaration for the Post of Junior Assistants and Field Assistants shall also follow shortly.

Nalgonda District Court Jr Assistant Answer Key 2015

The Office of the District and Session Judge, Nalgaonda District Court shall shortly act as under in regards to the Selection for the Posts Junior Assistants (20 Posts), for which the Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Test would be held on the 13th of December 2015 (13.12.2015). We anticipate the Optical Mark Recognition Based Answer Sheet / Answers Key to be released WITHIN ONE WEEK OF THE OMR based Screening Test scheduled to be held on the above stated Date.

Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Test for the Post of Field Assistants against Four (04) Posts were organized on the 6th of December 2015 (05.12.2015).

Stenographers 06 Posts:

The Office of the District and Sessions Judge (DSJ) conducted on the 29th of November 2015 (29.11.2015), the Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Examination for the candidates. We would publish on our Website the next Update on the Optical Mark Recognition based Answers Key / Optical Mark Recognition Based Answer Sheet in A, B, C & D followed by a bulletin in this regard likely shortly.

Selection Criteria:

Selection to the Posts shall be made as per the Guidelines issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature in Hyderabad.

The selection of the Candidates against BC-E Vacancy would be subject to the result of the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal Nos. 2628 and 26376 of the Year 2010.

Selection to the Posts of Junior Assistant shall be based on the Candidates’ performance and marks IN AGGREGATE in the Written Examination of 80 Marks and Viva-voce carrying 20 Marks Preference and the Weight age to the Additional Qualification.  

Method of recruitment for the Post of Junior Assistants and Field Assistants:

  1. Written Test will be for 80 Marks and Viva-voce will be for 20 Marks as per the Guidelines 9 (a) of High Court’s Circular ROC No.2318/96-C1 (1), dated the 1st of July 1996 (01.07.1996). The Candidates who have qualified in the Written Test will be called for Oral Interview.
  2. As per the Guidelines 8 (f) of the above mentioned Circular, the Minimum Qualifying Marks in the Written Test shall be 40% for the OC & Ex-Servicemen Candidates, 35% to the BC Candidates and 30% to the SC/ST Candidates.
  3. The Candidates possessing the Qualification of Typewriting in English or Shorthand with Higher Grade shall be given due preference by awarding Five (05) additional marks in the interview. Law Degree holders shall also be awarded 05 (Five) additional Marks in the Oral Interview as per the Guidelines of the Hon’ble High Court.
  4. Interview Letters would be sent to 10 Candidates only for Each Post (1:10) Ratio in order of merit of marks secured in the Written Examination.
  5. No person shall be eligible for appointment to the Service by Direct Recruitment unless he / she satisfies the following:
    • That he / she has a sound health, active habits and is free from any bodily defect or infirmity rendering him / her unfit for the service.
    • That his / her character and antecedents are such as would not disqualify for the Service.

Stenographers: 06 Posts:

Out of Six (06) Posts 05 Posts are reserved for the Local Candidates and One (01) Post is un-reserved for which both Local and Non-Local Candidates could compete and get selected as per the Merit, according to the instructions issued in Para 8 (1) (a) of the Presidential Order issued vide G.O.Ms. No. 674, dated the 20th of October 1975 (20.10.1975).

Selection to the Posts shall be made as per the Guidelines issued by the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature in Hyderabad.  

The selection of the Candidates against BC-E Vacancy would be subject to the result of the orders of the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in the Civil Appeal Nos. 2628 and 26376 of the Year 2010.

  1. The Minimum Qualifying Marks to be secured in Skill Test is 50% for OC and 40% for the Candidates of BCs/SCs/STs, as per the Hon’ble High Court’s Circular ROC No. 491/99-RC, dated the 28th of July 1999 (28.07.1999).
  2. Common Written Test will be conducted for the Posts of Stenographers, Typists and Copyists, but Personal Interviews will be conducted separately for each and every Category of Post.
  3. Interview Letters would be sent to 10 Candidates only for Each Post (1:10) Ratio in order of merit of Marks secured in the Written Examination.
  4. No Person shall be Eligible for Appointment to the Service by Direct Recruitment, unless he / she satisfies the following:
  • That he/she has sound health, active habits and free from any Physical Deficiency or Infirmity rendering him / her unfit for the Service.
  • That his / her character and antecedents are such as would not disqualify for the service.

Officer Subordinate (Attenders): 70 Posts

Method of Recruitments:

  1. Only Oral Interview (for 100 Marks) would be conducted.
  2. Preference will be given to those who possess Professional Skills, such as, Driving, Electrical, Carpentry, Plumbing, Cooking, Dhobi Works (necessary Certificates, if any, shall be enclosed along with the Application).
  3. Appointment to the Posts notified shall be as per the instructions issued in Paragraph 09 of G.O. (P) No.729. G.A. (SPF-A) Department, Dated: the 1st of November 1975 (01.11.1975).
  4. Final Merit List of the Selected Candidates shall be sent to the Hon’ble High Court of Judicature, Hyderabad, in the ratio of 1: 3 for approval.
  5. Interview Letters will be sent to only 10 Candidates for Each Post (1:10) Ratio in order of merit of the Marks secured in the Optical Mark Recognition Based Written Examination.
  6. No person shall be eligible for appointment to the Service by Direct Recruitment unless he / she satisfies the following:
  • That he / she has a sound health, active habits and is free from any bodily defect or infirmity rendering him / her unfit for the service.
  • That his / her character and antecedents are such as, would not disqualify for the service.
