SSC 16th Aug CGL Tier Results 2015 Cut Off, Merit List:

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) is all set to declare the Result of the Written Examination forming Tier I of the Combined Graduate Level Examination (CGLE) 2015.

The Staff Selection Commission (SSC) look forward to the Staff Selection Commission to announce toward the end of September 2015 the Result of the Objective Test of the Tier – I, Combined Graduate Level Examination 2015.

The Commission shall fix the Result of the Tier – I while declaring the Tier I Examination held on the 9th and 16th of August 2016.

The Staff Selection Commission shall prepare the Category wise Minimum Qualifying Marks while announcing Tier I Exam 2015 Result.

The Commission shall fix the Category wise Minimum Percentage of Marks based on the Written Performance of the Candidates in the CGLE Tier – I 2015 held in this month across India.

The Candidates belonging to different Categories belonging to General / OBC / SC / ST / PwDs / ESM Category shall have obtain Maximum Marks as the Staff Selection Commission shall deduct 0.25 Marks or ¼th of the Total Marks assigned to that Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions.

The Candidates declared successful based on their respective performance Total Marks secured in the Tier-I shall become ELIGIBLE to appear at the Tier II of the Combined Graduate Level Examination 2015.

Tier II shall be followed by the Tier III as written hereunder:

The Examination will be conducted in three Tiers as indicated below:

Tier I Written Examination (Objective-Type Multiple Choice Questions / Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier II Written Examination (Objective Multiple Choice Type)
Tier III Personality Test cum Interview/Computer Proficiency Test / Skill Test (wherever applicable)/Document Verification
  There will be Negative marking of 0.25 marks for each wrong answer in Tier-I.
  In Tier-II, there will be negative marking of 0.25 marks in Paper-II and 0.50 marks in Paper-I and Paper-III for each wrong answer.
