WBCSC SET Entrance Exam Hall Ticket 2017 Download Eligibility Test Scheme:

West Bengal College Service Commission (WBCSC) shall host on the 3rd of December 2017 (03.12.2017) the State Eligibility Test 2017 in 30 Subjects.

Based on the Grapevine notified by West Bengal College Service Commission in respect of release of the e-Admit Cards for West Bengal State Eligibility Test 2017, we would like to update / intimate the Candidates that the electronic Admit Cards will remain available for Downloading 02 Weeks prior to Commencement of the State Eligibility Test 2017 scheduled to be held on 03.12.2017.

We would like to advise the Candidates in this regard that West Bengal College Service Commission release e-Admit Cards shall remain Available for Download from the Official Website through us.  We have put up the Link for Display in the Latter-most Part of this Information Bulletin for the ready reference of the Candidates.

WB State Eligibility Test 2017:

60 Out of 50 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type to be attempted

50 Objective Type Multiple Choice Questions and all are Compulsory

Second

75 Multiple Choice Questions of Objective Type, all are Compulsory

WBCSC State Eligibility Test 2017:

Step I

It is mandatory for the Candidates desiring to appearing in the State Eligibility Test to secure the Minimum Qualifying Marks to be considered Junior Research Fellowship & Eligibility for Assistant Professor as herein above.

   
Step II

Amongst those Candidates who have cleared Step I, Merit List would be drawn up (Subject-wise and Category-wise) by using the Aggregate Marks secured by the Candidates in the aforecited 03 (Three) Papers.

 
Step III

Top 15% Candidates (for each Subject and Category), from the Merit List mentioned under Step II shall be declared State Eligibility Test (SET) for Junior Research Fellowship And Eligibility for Assistant Professor only.

 
Step IV

West Bengal College Service Commission would draw up a Separate Merit List for awarding the Junior Research Fellowship to the candidates from amongst the NET Qualified Candidates figuring in the Merit List under Step III.

Furthermore, West Bengal College Service Commission makes the aforestated State Eligibility Test Qualifying Criteria FINAL & BINDING on the Candidates.

The University Grants Commission determined the Minimum Qualifying Marks for the Candidates to be considered Eligible for being awarded Junior Research Fellowship / Eligibility for Assistant Professor is as here under:
